Parent Teacher cooperation is essential to ensure the complete and harmonious development the child’s personality, kindly help us in ensuring the following:

The parent should visit the school on the day fixed by the school every month and to be in touch with the teachers even when there is no problem with their children.

Parents are not expected to enter the school premises or class rooms during the school hours.

The parents are not expected to meet teachers during the school hours as the study of the entire class is suffered thereby. They can see the teachers before and after the school hours.

In special cases, they can meet the teachers by taking an appointment with the prior permission of the Principal.

The Parents may see the Principal on working day as per the instructions of the school

The diary should be carried to school daily and regularly countersigned.

The students should be dropped at the school gate at least 5 minutes before the warning bell. Please do not enter the classrooms or meet teachers without written permission of the Principal.

Prior appointment with the Teachers may be sought to discuss the problems of your ward.

No short leave/half day leave is allowed. Do not make social engagements or medical appointments for your ward during working hours.

Any change of address/telephone number should be in notified in writing to us immediately.

Ensure that your ward makes up for work missed by him/her during absence/leave with the guidance from the teachers.

Ensure prompt follow up of report/ message sent by the school.

Do inform the class teacher, head of the institution in case your ward suffers from any specific disease/allergy/ or has undergone an operation/is under medication.

Ensure that the child maintains personal hygiene, sleeps for 8 hours daily, has a nutritionally rich diet and avoids consumption of ice-creams and eatables from road side vendors.

The students studying in kindergarten and classes I & II are not allowed short leave from school. The parents need not send them to the school if they were to avail short leave.
